COMPANY BACKGROUND
OUR HISTORY
Founded in 1998 by Mr. ISSA EDA'IS a serial entrepreneur and seasoned executive.
Initially called ISSATEX started in Soignies Belgium, our main activity was textile trading , IMPORT & EXPORT actively in textile, stocklots, bankruptucy stocks.
Since 2010 Mr. EDA'IS decide to develop his main business and create a international conglomerate of group of companies (EUROPA21, OLYMP INC, ) under the mother company NWS GROUP . STEEL REBARS AND METAL BECOMES OUR MAIN CONCERN DUE TO OUR STRONG CONNECTIONS IN UKRANIA .
In 2015 we have create a new sorting plant in POLAND, 5 kilometer from UKRANIAN border with more of 60 employees and 6000 m2 of warehouses to make us able control the quality of our items from A to Z, as we collect in more than 25 countries our product end -of-life service represent a win -win for all the parties involved.
In 2016 we have create EUROPA 21 (https://europa21.group/ )an international real estate company for residential, commercial & hotels. The company is active in whole europe , with headquarters in VALENCIA SPAIN.
EUROPA 21 specializes in acquiring , developing and selling valued residential, commercial& hotels and golden visa service.
In 2018 we have create NWS trading commodities department, stongly from our team experiences in different markets, we're expert on identifyng market trends and finding product to satisfy or create demand from global sources.
We trade product such , EDIBLE OILS FROM UKRAINA, COCOA, METALS, AGRICULTURE COMMODITIES SUCH SUGAR, RICE, BUILDING MATERIALS AND HORTICULTURE.
